Dr. Daniel Chartrand is a highly trained orthodontist with a unique background and extensive experience. He is committed to providing exceptional orthodontic care to patients of all ages. Originally from Alton, Illinois, Dr. Chartrand attended the Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine (SIU) before joining the United States Air Force. During his time in the air force, he completed an advanced education degree in general dentistry and the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency program.

Dr. Chartrand has also served as an associate professor and University of Health Sciences staff orthodontist for the AEGD-1 program at Offutt Air Force Base. He is passionate about airway-centered orthodontics and creating individualized treatment plans for each patient to ensure the best possible outcome. At Igel Orthodontics, Dr. Chartrand works alongside the rest of our dental team to provide orthodontic care, helping patients not only achieve a healthier smile but also improve their overall health and quality of life.

Dr. Chartrand and his wife, Rachel, have four children, and they are thrilled to call Nebraska their home. In his free time, Dr. Chartrand enjoys reading, biking, running, baking and spending time with his family and friends.
